Cancellation Terms
100% Free Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to pickup/call time. Late cancellations may incur a minimal processing fee.
Currency & Billing
All rental rates are processed in New Israeli Shekels (₪ NIS) with clear pricing and zero hidden fees.
Inspection & Dispatch
Every rig undergoes technical check before dispatch. Clients inspect gear upon pickup, after which field responsibility transfers to the renter.
Security Deposit
No deposit required for most rentals. High-value gear or first-time bookings may require a temporary hold, fully refunded upon return.
Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Rental Duration & Daily Rates
The rental period begins at the agreed pickup or dispatch time and ends upon the safe return and technical inspection of the equipment. Daily rates are calculated on a 24-hour cycle. Any delay in returning gear without prior written extension may incur additional daily charges.
2. Gear Inspection & Responsibility
Renters must thoroughly inspect all equipment upon pickup or delivery to ensure full operational condition. Once accepted, the renter assumes full operational, financial, and legal responsibility for proper handling, maintenance, and safe custody until returned to Sabar Rental.
3. Loss, Damage & Unauthorized Repairs
In the event of physical damage, theft, or loss during the rental period, the renter is fully responsible for all repair costs incurred through authorized service centers or current market replacement value. Renters are strictly prohibited from attempting independent repairs or modifications.
4. Custom Sourcing & Long-Term Productions
Gear specially sourced or allocated for extended multi-week projects carries fixed rental commitments. Cancellations or early returns after order confirmation may be subject to restocking or cancellation fees.
5. Billing & Payment Terms
Rental fees must be settled according to the issued quote or agreement. Official VAT invoices are issued for all productions upon payment completion. Advanced deposits may be required for long-term project bookings or custom sourcing.
6. Field Support & Local Logistics
Sabar Rental provides gear technical support, field logistics, and delivery services across Jerusalem, West Bank, Galilee, Negev, and surrounding areas as specified in your rental agreement.
7. Promotions & Discounts
All special offers, bundle pricing, and promotional discounts are subject to their respective terms and conditions, which may vary or update periodically.
8. Gear Delivery & Dispatch
Equipment delivery (whether complimentary or fee-based) is subject to prior agreement with Sabar Rental and is evaluated based on total rental volume and duration.
9. Consultation Hours & Technical Advice
Complimentary consultations and logistical advice are provided according to rental scale. Sabar Rental reserves the right to charge additional fees if required support exceeds the agreed scope.
10. On-Site Staff & Gear Liability
If Sabar Rental provides dedicated on-set crew or technicians for your shoot, the presence of our crew relieves the client of liability for gear damages occurring while operated directly by our team.
